They were sent to remedy a problem not make it worse. Just goes to show ya, “if you want something done right, you gotta do it yourself”.

It is without question a wrong committed when a student is absent on school watch (during the middle periods) and the student not be brought before a school administrator who interrogates him on his whereabouts, contacts his parents and dishes out the discipline. That is truly an unexcused absence while in the custody of the school district. There is a certain period that the school district gets credit (gets paid) for the student’s attendance for that day. If the student skips that period do they notice?

Blame the recalcitrant whoever it may be; Parent, Administrator, Staff or Faculty.

How does one stack up 70 tardies?

Where is the hall security?

Where is the CIS?

Hall Sweepers?

Lazy or just inept?

Your people are not doing their JOB and then the audacity to blame it on the Parent and fill forms out skewed in retaliation for exercising one’s Constitutional right to plead not guilty and take it to trial. In reference to the phone conversation

Spoke with Ms. Lisa Trevino ~ 2:30 PM.

At first she said she thought the form was for a Texas Driver’s License (as did Cervantes).

After I explained to her it was for the Texas Department of Health & Human Services (Keep in mind this is a form she filled out and signed and she did not know what kind of form it was)

Trevino postured that ” the student was filed on and pled not guilty so he is still not in compliance” When I asked her if we had pled guilty would he then be in compliance she knew the answer but hesitated to respond. She asked me if that is all I needed? She said, “Is there anything else I can help you with”? I asked her if we had pled guilty back in October then right now would he be in compliance? She didn’t answer. I questioned the motive to her, ”(that) indeed we would be in compliance if we were not challenging the case”? She would not commit and asked me again if that is all I needed? She said, “Is there anything else I can help you with”?
